No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products (skincare, makeup, haircare, and consumable health drinks), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an item has been shipped. All sales are final.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ramossheramae27@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

For your safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
